If you walk into a door, will you commit crime? In this episode we speak with Doctoral Candidate Jessica Mongilio about her work on biosocial criminology and head injuries and delinquency.
Jessica is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Criminology at Penn State University. She received her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from The Ohio State University. Her research interests fall largely under the scope of adolescent decision-making, especially as it relates to delinquency and substance use. Her work has been published in outlets such as the Journal of Research on Crime and Delinquency and the Journal of Studies on Alcohol and Drugs.
