Holly is an Assistant Professor of Sociology, Criminology, and Public Policy at Pennsylvania State University. Her research interests include rewards from crime, employment and crime, consequences of group crime, and criminological theory. Holly has been published in journals such as Criminology, Journal of Research in Crime and Delinquency, and Social Problems. She won the American Society of Criminology’s Ruth Shonle Cavan Young Scholar Award in 2020.
